Yiadom considers his father to be his greatest inspiration because of the sacrifices he made for their family. Yiadom Sr. immigrated from Ghana to the US in the early 90's with very little to his name. He worked hard to provide a better life for Yiadom and his family to give them the best chance at a better life and future.
That work ethic rubbed off on Yiadom, who states that his hard work and determination is what has allowed him to succeed on the field.
