- Quarterback Brock Purdy completed 20-of-25 passing attempts for a season-high 325 yards and two touchdowns with a passer rating of 145.4. Purdy's passing touchdowns gave him 15 this season and 59 in his career.
- Purdy's two touchdown passes on the day marks his fourth multi-touchdown passing game of the season and the 19th of his career.
- With 325 passing yards on the day, Purdy registered his eighth career game with 300-or-more passing yards, which are the fifth-most in franchise history.
- With two passing touchdowns and a passer rating of 145.4, Purdy registered his 14th career game with two-or-more passing touchdowns and a passer rating of 115.0-or-higher, which ties him with Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes and then Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson for the most such games by a player in their first three seasons in NFL history.
- Purdy also registered his 10th career game with a passer rating of 130.0-or-higher, which is the most games with a passer rating of 130.0-or-higher by a quarterback in his first three seasons in NFL history.
- Purdy's 145.5 passer rating gave him his sixth career game with a passer rating of 140.0-or-higher, surpassing former Chicago Bears quarterback Ed Brown (five games from 1954-56) and former Washington quarterback Frank Filchock (five games from 1939-40) for the most games with a passer rating of 140.0-or-higher by a quarterback in his first three seasons in NFL history.
- Running back Isaac Guerendo registered 15 carries for 78 yards and two touchdowns on the day, giving him four career rushing touchdowns.

Defensive Highlights
- Defensive lineman Yetur Gross-Matos registered four tackles and a career-high 3.0 sacks of Williams, giving him 4.0 sacks this season and 17.0 in his career.
- Gross-Matos' 3.0 sacks on the day mark the first time that a 49ers player has registered 3.0-or-more sacks in a single game since defensive lineman Drake Jackson registered 3.0 sacks in the 2023 season opener.
- Defensive lineman Leonard Floyd registered two tackles and 2.0 sacks of Williams, giving him 8.5 sacks this season and 66.5 in his career.
- With 2.0 sacks on the day, it marks the 17th time in Floyd's career that he has registered 2.0-or-more sacks in a game and his second such game of the season.
- Defensive lineman Maliek Collins registered one tackle and 1.0 sack of Williams, giving him 5.0 sacks this season and 30.5 in his career.
