Purdy's passing touchdown gave him 13 this season and 57 in his career, while his rushing touchdown marked his career-high fourth of the season and the seventh of his career.
- Purdy's four rushing touchdowns this season are the most by a 49ers quarterback in a single season since former quarterback Colin Kaepernick registered four rushing touchdowns in 2013.
- With one rushing touchdown and one passing touchdown on the day, it marked the fourth time in Purdy's career that he has registered one-or-more rushing touchdowns and one-or-more passing touchdowns in a game.
- Running back Christian McCaffrey registered 19 carries for 79 yards on the ground to go along with four receptions for 27 yards through the air.
- With 106 yards from scrimmage, McCaffrey registered his second game of the season with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage and the 57th such game of his career. McCaffrey's 57 games with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage are the most among active running backs.
- With 10 receptions on the day, wide receiver Jauan Jennings recorded his second career game with 10-or-more receptions. His two games with 10-or-more receptions make him one of six wide receivers to register multiple games with 10-or-more receptions this season.
- Jennings also became the sixth player in franchise history to register multiple games with 10-or-more receptions.

- Defensive lineman Nick Bosa registered four tackles and 1.5 sacks of Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith, giving him 7.0 sacks this season and 60.5 in his career. His 60.5 career sacks are the third-most in franchise history.
- With 1.0 sack in Week 8 versus the Dallas Cowboys, 1.0 sack against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 1.5 sacks on the day, it marked the seventh time in Bosa's career that he's registered 1.0-or-more sacks in three-consecutive games.
- Defensive lineman Leonard Floyd registered three tackles and 1.5 sacks of Smith, giving him 4.5 sacks this season and 62.5 in his career.
- Defensive lineman Yetur Gross-Matos registered two tackles and 1.0 sack on the day, marking his first sack of the season and giving him 14.0 in his career.
- Cornerback Isaac Yiadom registered four tackles and an interception of Smith, marking his first interception of the season and the third of this career.
