- Quarterback Joshua Dobbs completed 29-of-43 passing attempts for a career-high 326 yards and two touchdowns with a passer rating of 86.0 to go along with eight carries for 17 yards and one touchdown on the ground.
- Dobbs' 326 passing yards in his first start as a member of the 49ers are the most passing yards by a 49ers quarterback in their first start with the team in franchise history.
- Dobbs' rushing touchdown marked his second of the season and the eighth of his career. With one rushing touchdown last week versus the Detroit Lions and one rushing touchdown on the day, it marked the second time in Dobbs' career that he has registered one-or-more rushing touchdowns in consecutive games. He registered one-or-more rushing touchdowns in five-consecutive games last season as a member of the Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings.
- With two passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown on the day, Dobbs registered his third career game with two-or-more passing touchdowns and one-or-more rushing touchdown. He last did so in consecutive weeks as a member of the Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings.
- Running back Patrick Taylor Jr. registered 17 carries for a career-high 109 yards on the day. His 109 rushing yards in the season finale marks the first game of his career with 100-or-more rushing yards.
- Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall registered six receptions for a team-high 69 yards and one touchdown.
- With one touchdown reception last week versus the Lions and one reception touchdown on the day, it marks the first time in Pearsall's career that he has registered consecutive games with one-or-more touchdown receptions.
- Pearsall is the first 49ers rookie wide receiver to register consecutive games with one-or-more touchdowns since wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. in 2019.
- Fullback Kyle Juszczyk registered a 36-yard touchdown in the 49ers regular season finale, marking the longest touchdown reception of his career.

Defensive Highlights
- Linebacker Fred Warner registered eight tackles on the day, bringing his season total to 131 tackles. He joins Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith and Washington Commanders linebacker Bobby Wagner as the only players to register 130-or-more tackles in each of the last four seasons.
- Cornerback Renardo Green registered three tackles and three pass deflections on the day.
- With three pass breakups, Green has finished the season with a team-high 13 pass deflections which are the most pass deflections recorded by a 49ers rookie since at least 2000.
