Ricky Pearsall Nominated for Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week Award - Week 17

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall is one of six rookies nominated for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week award for his noteworthy Week 17 outing. Pearsall recorded his season-best performance against the Detroit Lions on "Monday Night Football" and closed out the night as the team's receiving yards leader. In primetime, the 49ers rookie wideout caught eight passes for 141 yards and a touchdown and added two carries for six yards on the ground.

Pearsall was San Francisco's first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft and has appeared in 10 games this season. He began the year on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list after suffering a major off-the-field injury prior to the 2024 home opener.
