The San Francisco 49ers will have both defensive lineman Nick Bosa (hip/oblique) and linebacker Dre Greenlaw (Achilles/knee) on hand for their Week 16 matchup. Bosa was dealing with a hip/oblique injury that kept him out of practice for the majority of the week, but after rejoining the team on Friday, he was given the green light to play versus the Miami Dolphins. Meanwhile, Greenlaw emerged from his 2024 debut on "Thursday Night Football" with Achilles/knee soreness, but after three-straight practices of limited participation, he is good to go as well.
With Guerendo ruled out on Friday, expect to see Patrick Taylor Jr. to start at running back on Sunday afternoon and get additional help from Deebo Samuel Sr., Ke'Shawn Vaughn and Israel Abanikanda to ramp up the 49ers ground game. Sunday will mark Taylor Jr.'s first-career start after logging 44 NFL appearance in his first four NFL seasons.
