George Kittle, Colton McKivitz Active vs. Cardinals; Inactives for #SFvsAZ

The San Francisco 49ers will be missing a number of their starters in the team's season finale versus the Arizona Cardinals. On Friday, five players - wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (ribs, wrist), quarterback Brock Purdy (elbow), cornerback Deommodore Lenoir (shoulder), offensive lineman Spencer Burford (calf) and defensive lineman Robert Beal Jr. (ankle) - were ruled out of the contest. The next day, additional rosters move placed linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (calf), previously a doubtful participant for Week 18, and Burford (calf) on the Injured Reserve list.

The good news is all four players that entered the weekend as questionable - tight end George Kittle (ankle, hamstring), safety Ji'Ayir Brown (ankle), offensive lineman Colton McKivitz (knee) and cornerback Isaac Yiadom (pelvis) - were given the green light to play on Sunday. With McKivitz available to shore up the right side of the offensive line, expect a similar setup in the trenches to Week 17 with offensive lineman Nick Zakelj at left guard and Charlie Heck and Austen Pleasants rotating at left tackle. Kittle will also help to provide additional pass protection for Sunday's starting quarterback Joshua Dobbs.
