The San Francisco 49ers announced that the team has signed DB Deommodore Lenoir to a five-year extension through the 2029 season.

The San Francisco 49ers have signed P Pat O'Donnell to the team's practice squad. In order to make room on the practice squad, the team released DL T.Y. McGill Jr.

The 49ers have signed RB Patrick Taylor Jr. to the team's practice squad. In order to make room on the practice squad, the team released RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn.

The San Francisco 49ers have signed CB Nick McCloud and released S Adrian Amos from the team's practice squad.

The San Francisco 49ers activated running back Christian McCaffrey from the Injured Reserve list and safety Tashaun Gipson Sr. from the team's practice squad.

The San Francisco 49ers have waived running back Patrick Taylor Jr.

The 49ers announced they have acquired DL Khalil Davis from the Houston Texans in exchange for the team's 2026 seventh-round Draft pick. The team also has signed WR Russell Gage and S Tashaun Gipson Sr. to the team's practice squad and other roster moves.

The San Francisco 49ers announced they have waived LB Jalen Graham from the team's active roster and released K Anders Carlson from the practice squad. 

The San Francisco activated S Adrian Amos and K Anders Carlson from the practice squad ahead of the team's Week 8 matchup.

The San Francisco have signed DL Nesta Jade Silvera to the team's practice squad and released DL Jonathan Garvin.

The 49ers today announced promoted DL Evan Anderson to the active roster, and in order to make room on the roster, the team placed WR Brandon Aiyuk on the Injured Reserve List along with a string of other roster moves.
