49ers Sign Offensive Lineman Ben Bartch to One-Year Extension

The San Francisco 49ers today announced the team has signed OL Ben Bartch to a one-year extension through the 2025 season.

Bartch (6-6, 315) was originally drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round (116th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft. Throughout his five-year NFL career with the Jaguars (2020-23) and 49ers (2023-24), he has appeared in 49 games (22 starts) and registered one fumble recovery. Bartch has also appeared in three postseason games with San Francisco. In 2024, Bartch signed with the 49ers on August 29 where he appeared in three games (two starts) and registered one fumble recovery.

A 26-year-old native of McMinnville, OR, Bartch attended St. John's University (MN) for four years (2016-20) where he appeared in 36 games and earned All-MIAC Second-Team honors in 2018.
