San Francisco 49ers and Foliatti Casino Announce Mexico Partnership Expansion

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Today the San Francisco 49ers and Foliatti Casino, a Mexico-based casino brand, are announcing a milestone partnership expansion that marks the first international legalized sports betting deal for a team in NFL history. This comes one year after the 49ers and Foliatti Casino announced their initial partnership which, at the time, was the NFL's first international casino deal.

Foliatti Casino will present various official 49ers events in Mexico and will also host exclusive fan experiences such as alumni meet and greets for fans at its casinos throughout the year. Foliatti Casino will also be presenting content across 49ers ESP digital and social channels.

"Both the 49ers and Foliatti continue to break boundaries in our respective industries and we are thrilled to achieve this milestone partnership together," said Ryan Connors, Senior Director of Global Sales & Strategy, San Francisco 49ers. "This enhanced relationship gives our Spanish-speaking and Mexico-based Faithful a lot to look forward to this season through new and engaging content, both in-person and online."

As an international legalized sports betting partner, Foliatti Casino can utilize 49ers marks to promote their sports betting business to legal consumers in Mexico. Other non-sports betting promotions, including entertainment, slots and digital gaming on foliatticasino.mx, will remain as part of the original international casino & iGaming partnership.

Last season, Foliatti Casino became the home for 49ers football games in Mexico with thousands of Faithful having attended several on-site watch parties throughout the team's NFC Championship season. Building off last season's momentum, Foliatti Casino will be hosting a first-ever "Weekend with the 49ers" in the Summer of 2025 in Monterrey, MX, where various fan engagement opportunities will occur in the community.
