The San Francisco 49ers today announced the team has signed OL Charlie Heck to a one-year deal. In order to make room on the roster, the team placed OL Jaylon Moore on the Injured Reserve List.

The San Francisco 49ers were hit hard by injuries in their Week 16 matchup versus the Miami Dolphins. The red and gold had in-game exits from tackle Jaylon Moore (quad strain), left guard Aaron Banks (MCL), linebacker Dre Greenlaw (calf soreness) while a number of other players were added to the injury list on Monday following the contest.

- Quarterback Brock Purdy completed 26-of-40 passing attempts for 313 yards and two touchdowns with a passer rating of 95.1. Purdy's passing touchdowns gave him 17 this season and 61 in his career.
- Purdy's two touchdown passes on the day marks his fifth multi-touchdown passing game of the season and the 20th of his career. Sunday's game also marked his third game this season with 300-or-more passing yards and two-or-more passing touchdowns.
