In two years Faithful 49 presented by Esurance has become one of the most robust fan programs in professional sports. In the past Faithful 49 has sent fans to 49ers away games against the Rams and Bears. This year in addition to a 49ers away game, the program is sending one member and guest to Chicago to attend the 2016 NFL Draft.
The trip, fit for any 49ers Faithful, comes complete with airfare for two, a pair of tickets to the NFL Draft, and a three night hotel stay.
The NFL Draft Road Trip Sweepstakes is limited to members 18 years and older and runs through April 11, 2016. Full sweepstakes rules can be found here. Members of the Faithful 49 are allowed an unlimited number of submissions; the more submissions one enters, the better chance a fan may have to win this once in a lifetime experience.

Step one: Login/Sign Up
After entering www.faithful49.com select the Log In button. When prompted to select if you are an SBL Member, choose appropriately for your account. If you aren't a member of the Faithful 49 yet, you can sign up here.
SBL Members will use the same login credentials used to sign into the Levi's® Stadium Account Manager portal.
Hint: Reset your password with the "Forgot Password?" link or email support@faithful49.com.
Step Two: Select 'Redeem'
Once you have successfully signed in to your Faithful 49 account, press the three lined menu button and select Redeem.
Step Three: Redeem your yards
Once in the Faithful 49 redemption page, click the Draft Road Tripicon.
Each entry into the sweepstakes will cost 100 yards. Press the Redeem button to enter for your chance to head to Chicago!
Once you have submitted yards for entry, press the Finish button. To submit another entry into the sweepstakes, repeat the steps above.
