The San Francisco 49ers have selected linebacker Nick Martin from Oklahoma State University with the 75th-overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Martin emerged as a standout defender for the Cowboys during his time at OSU. In 2023, he earned first-team All-Big 12 honors after leading the team with 140 total tackles, the most by an Oklahoma State player in nearly four decades. That season, he also tallied 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, two interceptions, and a forced fumble across 14 starts. Despite a knee injury that limited him to five games in 2024, Martin still managed 47 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss in his final season.
At the NFL Combine, the 6' 1'', 234-pound linebacker posted an impressive profile, clocking a 4.53-second 40-yard dash with a 1.54 10-yard split, a 38-inch vertical jump, and a 10-foot-3 broad jump.
