SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Today the 49ers Foundation and Cumulus Media's KNBR Radio announced details for the 8th annual Holiday Sports Auction presented by Dignity Health. Part of the 49ers giving season community impact efforts, this auction will provide the Faithful with the opportunity to bid on exclusive 49ers experiences, memorabilia and packages. In conjunction with Giving Tuesday, a global generosity movement encouraging people to give back and do good, bids will be accepted online at 49ers.com/give from December 3rd at 8am PST until December 4th at 7pm PST. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Foundation's mission to educate and empower Bay Area youth.
"The Holiday Sports Auction, a joint community effort between our 49ers Foundation and KNBR, has become an annual giving season traditional for the Bay Area and 49ers Faithful," said Justin Prettyman, Vice President of Philanthropic Strategy and Executive Director of the 49ers Foundation. Auction package highlights include a VIP experience for the 49ers vs. Lions game on Monday Night football, a meet and greet with 49ers General Manager John Lynch, and an opportunity to watch a game from 49ers President Al Guido's guest suite.
