Throughout his time in the league, Campbell has been known for his work in the community. He started a foundation, the De'Vondre Campbell Family Youth Foundation, to
serve children in his hometown of Ft. Myers, FL, and in Green Bay, WI. The foundation empowers at-risk youth and families in need through resource distribution, scholarship,
educational advancement and mentorship-based programming. The Foundation organizes community centered events that directly provide relief, impact, and create change for those in need. Since 2018, the foundation has hosted annual football camps along with other donation-based events, impacting hundreds of families each year.
Because of his dedication to serving his communities, Campbell was a 2023 Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee.
College
Appeared in 39 games (27 starts) in three years (2013-15) at Minnesota and registered 208 tackles, 16 TFLs and 6.5 sacks after spending one year (2012) at Hutchinson Community College (KS). As a senior in 2015, earned Honorable Mention All-Big Ten after appearing in 13 games (11 starts) and registering 92 tackles, 6.5 TFLs, 4.0 sacks, and 1 INT and 1 FF. As a junior, started in all 13 games and registered 75 tackles, 6.5 TFLs, 2.5 sacks, 3 FRs and 1 INT returned for a TD. In 2013, appeared in 13 games (3 starts) and registered 41 tackles, 3 TFLs, 1 PD and 1 FF. Transferred to Minne- sota from Hutchinson Community College. As a redshirt freshman in 2012, played in 12 games and registered 83 tackles, 8 TFLs, 3.5 sacks, 4 PDs, 1 FR, and 1 INT returned for a 34-yd. TD.
