Bartch became a mentor for young children through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida in Jacksonville. He took part in the NFL Inspire Change movement by encouraging Flori- da residents to partake in virtual bingo through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida in Jacksonville to directly support youth in Northeast Florida. This campaign focused on igniting the focus and promise of youth by creating one-on-one mentorship programs.
Helped rookie RB James Robinson tally the most scrimmage yards (1,414), and the second-most rushing yards (1,070), by an undrafted rookie in NFL history. Made his first career start vs. Ten. (12/13).

Appeared in 36 games in four years (2016-19) at Saint John's (MN). Started 14 games at left tackle as a senior. Was named a Division III All-American and earned First-Team All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors.
