2025 NFL Draft: 49ers Awarded Four Compensatory Picks

On Tuesday, the league awarded a total of 35 compensatory picks to teams for the 2025 NFL Draft. The San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens, and Miami Dolphins tied for the most compensatory picks with each club receiving four selections this year.

The new league year opened up with some notable changes to the San Francisco 49ers roster, one of which included saying goodbye to one of the more highly-revered players within the organization. After six seasons with the red and gold, wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. is headed to the Washington Commanders via trade.

Veteran cornerback Charvarius Ward has wrapped up the Bay Area chapter of his career. After spending three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, Ward has signed on to play for the Indianapolis Colts.

49ers Re-Sign Linebacker Curtis Robinson to a One-Year Deal

The San Francisco 49ers today announced that the team has re-signed LB Curtis Robinson to a one-year deal.
