49ers Drop Week 15 Matchup to the Rams; Five Takeaways from #LARvsSF
The San Francisco 49ers welcomed back a couple of big-time defensive players to the lineup on "Thursday Night Football" in linebacker Dre Greenlaw and defensive lineman Nick Bosa. For Greenlaw, the 49ers Week 15 matchup versus the Los Angeles Rams marked his 2024 season debut and the completion of a comeback campaign from an Achilles injury he suffered in Super Bowl LVIII. Bosa was coming off a three-game hiatus because of a hip/oblique injury he aggravated in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks. Both were significant contributors to Thursday's defensive battle, however, San Francisco fell just shy to Los Angeles, dropping the game 12-6.
