With the San Francisco 49ers not participating in joint practices this week, the team is looking to replicate the intensity of those workouts back at home base and against their teammates. That ramp up began on Wednesday in their first padded practice of the week with some previously injured players back in the mix.

George Kittle Hosts Team Workout at Nashville Home | Off the Field
During last weekend's trip to Nashville for the San Francisco 49ers preseason opener against the Tennessee Titans, tight end George Kittle welcomed his teammates to his home, "Rancho del Kittle," for a special team workout.
"Nashville is a fantastic place," Kittle said. "It's a wonderful place to be... you get a little taste of what I get to experience every offseason."

The San Francisco 49ers had a shake up to their schedule following the preseason opener versus the Tennessee Titans. The team was originally slated to head to Irvine this week for joint practices with the New Orleans Saints before hosting their NFC South friends on Sunday in Santa Clara. However, injuries to a number of San Francisco's players factored into the teams reaching a mutual agreement to cancel their plans in Southern California.
