Kittle, Warner and Two More 49ers Players Selected to 2025 Pro Bowl Games
The San Francisco 49ers announced that DL Nick Bosa, FB Kyle Juszczyk, TE George Kittle and LB Fred Warner were selected to the 2025 Pro Bowl. In addition, DL Leonard Floyd, DB Deommodore Lenoir, QB Brock Purdy and T Trent Williams were selected as alternates.

Kyle Shanahan Names QB Joshua Dobbs as Week 18 Starter
With the short turnaround in to Sunday's season finale, San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan opened up the practice week by naming his starting quarterback versus the Arizona Cardinals.
Kyle Shanahan Shares Brock Purdy Injury Update and Week 18 Status
Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed in a Monday press conference call that the 49ers starting QB suffered a right elbow contusion with nerve inflammation against the Detroit Lions on "Monday Night Football." While the injury will most likely cost Purdy the start in the team's regular season finale, there is no concern of long-term damage, and, per the head coach, his UCL "looks fine."

49ers Opponents Set for the 2025 Season
The San Francisco 49ers 2024 season will come to a close in less than a week's time. The final game of this year's campaign will be played on the road against the Arizona Cardinals.
However, it's not too early to look at what lies ahead for the red and gold in 2025. Following the results of San Francisco's Week 17 matchup, the team will close out the year at fourth place in the NFC West, and by doing so, have locked in their opponents for the upcoming season.
