The San Francisco 49ers announced on Friday they have placed safety Jaquiski Tartt on the Injured Reserve List.
Originally selected by the 49ers in the second round (46th overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft, Tartt (6-1, 221) made starts in each of his eight appearances this season and registered 41 tackles, two passes defensed and one interception. He signed a two-year contract extension with the team on April 27, 2018.
