The San Francisco 49ers announced on Saturday they have activated DL Kentavius Street to the active roster from the Injured Reserve List. In order to make room on the roster, the team placed DL D.J. Jones on the Injured Reserve List.
Street (6-2, 287) was originally selected by San Francisco in the fourth round (128th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft and spent his entire rookie season on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury List. He was placed on the Injured Reserve List on September 1, 2019.
Street will wear number 95.
Jones (6-0, 305) started each of the 11 games in which he played this season and finished with career-highs in tackles (23), sacks (2.0) and forced fumbles (one).
