Marshall Jr. (6-2, 200) was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the second round (59th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Throughout his three-year career (2021-23), he has appeared in 36 games (16 starts) with the Panthers where he registered 64 receptions for 767 yards and one touchdown. In 2023, Marshall Jr. appeared in ninegames (four starts) and tallied 19 receptions for 139 yards.
