During the holiday season, it's customary to get holiday cards from friends and family, but what if you opened the mail and saw a signed card and hand-written note from Colin Kaepernick?
The 49ers are giving away cards signed by Kaepernick, Frank Gore, Justin Smith, Joe Staley, Donte Whitner and Vernon Davis just to name a few.
The cards feature several of the 49ers best Instagram photos from the 2013 season and are signed by the players featured in the images. View photos of some of the cards.
Winning the cards is simple. Just follow @49ers on Instagram and "like" the photo announcing the contest. Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via the new Instagram Direct feature, announced Thursday morning. Just make sure you download the Instagram app update.
UPDATE: Because of overwhelming demand, @Dontehitner31 and @anquanboldin signed two additional cards. "Like" this photo for a chance to win. Four additional cards were released and will be given out on this post.
