The 49ers announcement of inactive players 90 minutes before their Sunday kickoff against the host Tampa Bay Buccaneers clarified a few injury situations.
Cornerback Tarell Brown (ribs) was active for the first time in four games. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio said earlier in the week that Brown, who had been replaced by Tramaine Brock in the starting lineup, could eased back into extended playing time.
