Pierre Garçon's 28-yard run to open the game
On the first play from scrimmage, No. 28 took it 28 yards down the right sideline on a handoff from C.J. Beathard. Hyde started out left before bouncing it back to the right. Hyde finished the contest with 104 total yards.
Eric Reid's fumble recovery
On the Giants first drive of the second quarter, Ronald Blair III beat Giants tackle Justin Pugh around the edge for a sack-fumble against Eli Manning. Eric Reid recovered the ball for a huge takeaway on the 49ers own 15-yard line.
Marquise Goodwin's 83-yard touchdown
On 3rd-and-8 on the 49ers 17-yard line, C.J. Beathard threw a bomb downfield to Marquise Goodwin for an 83-yard touchdown. Goodwin's score was his first of the season in what was his longest reception as a member of the 49ers.
Garrett Celek's 47-yard touchdown
Beathard found Garrett Celek just before halftime for a 47-yard touchdown to give the 49ers a 17-13 lead. Celek was wide open over the middle of the field, picked up a key block from Marquise Goodwin and made a man miss on his way into the end zone.
Beathard extends the lead with an 11-yard touchdown run
On 3rd-and-2 from the Giants 11-yard line, Beathard kept the ball and ran for an 11-yard touchdown to extend the 49ers lead to 24-13. It was Beathard's third-career rushing touchdown.
Matt Breida finds the end zone
Brieda took the handoff and found plenty of daylight for a 33-yard touchdown run. The rookie sliced through the Giants defense for his first-career rushing touchdown and second score of the season.
