What can't Robbie Gould do? Last weekend we saw the 49ers kicker throw out an impressive first pitch with his kiddos in tow, as the Chicago Cubs hosted the Cincinnati Reds. This week, Gould is adding "trick shot extraordinaire" to his reputable résumé.
On Thursday, a number of celebrities traveled to Lake Tahoe for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship where Gould proved that kickers are athletes, too.
On his first attempt, Gould hit a drive off of a juggling ball from professional golfer and trick shot artist, Tania Tare. If that wasn't enough, Gould four-peated the drive which took former NFL head coach Herm Edwards by surprise. The spectacle finished in a befitting "club flip."
"I've never bounced a ball to someone and they've hit it like that, ever," Tare said. "I'm very impressed."
Other athletes in attendance included Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson among a number of other celebrities.
