The St. Louis Rams
Record: 6-10
Coaching staff: Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer left last month to take the same position at the University of Georgia. The Rams are expected to promote quarterbacks coach Frank Cignetti to the position.
Key free agents:quarterback Shaun Hill and wideout Kenny Britt
First-round pick:10th overall
In other news: Aaron Donald was named the Defensive Rookie of the Year after his nine-sack debut season... NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was asked recently about the Rams reported interest in eventually moving their organization to Los Angeles but didn't offer a specific answer... The team is interested in trading for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles, according to this report.

Record: 11-6 (lost in the NFC Wild Card round)
Coaching staff: Defensive coordinator Todd Bowles got the New York Jets head coaching job last month. The Cardinals promoted outside linebackers coach James Bettcher to the "DC" role earlier this week and hired Bob Sanders, a former Green Bay Packers defensive play-caller, to replace Bettcher.
Key free agents:cornerback Antonio Cromartie, linebackers Larry Foote and Sam Acho as well as defensive tackle Tommy Kelly
First-round pick:24th overall
In other news: Bruce Arians received his second Coach of the Year award in three years... Because of his ballooning contract, veteran wideout Larry Fitzgerald might not be back with the team in 2015, at least not at the same price... The team signed free agent safety D.J. Campbell, who was cut by the 49ers last August.
TheSeattle Seahawks
Record:14-5 (lost in the Super Bowl)
Coaching staff: Defensive coordinator Dan Quinn was introducted as the Atlanta Falcons head coach on Tuesday. The Seahawks promoted defensive backs coach Kris Richard to the "DC" position after linebackers coach Ken Norton Jr. accepted the play-calling position offered by the Oakland Raiders.
Key free agents:cornerback Byron Maxwell, linebacker Malcolm Smith and defensive tackle Kevin Williams
First-round pick:31st overall
In other news: Cornerback Jeremy Lane broke his wrist in the first quarter of Sunday's Super Bowl... Most of Seattle's "Legion of Boom" defensive backfield played through injury: Richard Sherman (elbow) and safeties Earl Thomas (shoulder) and Kam Chancellor (knee)... Quarterback Russell Wilson and running back Marshawn Lynch, while not free agents, could score big contract extensions this offseason.
