Mike Iupati is back, and Mario Manningham is out.
The 49ers announced their inactive players 90 minutes prior to kickoff of "Monday Night Football," and those were the key names to consider.
Manningham (illness, knee) did not practice on Thursday or Saturday. He was a limited participant on Friday.
His absence paved the way for rookie pass-catcher Quinton Patton to return. Patton had rehabbed a fracture in his foot.
Left guard Adam Snyder had started four straight games for Iupati (knee), who practiced on a limited basis this week.
