The San Francisco 49ers announced list of inactive players on Saturday included four typical contributors who are battling injuries: wideout Stevie Johnson (knee), running back Pierre Garçon (ankle), cornerback Tramaine Brock (hamstring) and outside linebacker Ahmad Brooks (thumb).
Fortunately for San Francisco, the team did have veteran running back Frank Gore (concussion) active to play at Levi's® Stadium. Gore cleared the NFL's protocol for concussions after suffering his in Week 15 at Seattle.
