Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, the home of "Authentic Bay Area Sports," and the San Francisco 49ers announced today a four-year regional cable television agreement that includes 49ers Post Game Report, "the official postgame show of the 49ers," hosted by Gary Radnich and former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, coverage of Head Coach Mike Singletary's weekly press conference, year-round magazine shows and specials featuring 49ers players, alumni, coaches and management, as well as programming available on Comcast Video ON DEMAND.

This year, Comcast SportsNet Bay Area will air more than 200 hours of 49ers-related programming, highlighted by 49ers Postgame Report. Immediately after every 49ers game, fans are invited to join Radnich and Mayor Brown as 49ers Postgame Report breaks down all the action from kickoff to the final gun. The live one-hour show will feature interviews with players and coaches from the field and 49ers' locker room, Coach Singletary's postgame press conference, expert analysis and discussion on the team's performance and a preview of the 49ers' upcoming opponent. Following home games, Radnich and Mayor Brown will host 49ers Postgame Report from Candlestick Park. After road games, they will be based in the network's new state-of-the art studio, 24-hour newsroom and HD production facilities at 370 3rd Street in San Francisco (South of Market.) Additional reporters will be on site at Candlestick Park and the home team's stadium. Announcements regarding other talent for 49ers Postgame Report will be made soon.

Radnich is one of the most recognizable sports anchors in the Bay Area. He has been named "Best Sportscaster" twice by SF Weekly and honored three times by the Associated Press for the Best Sportscast in California. Radnich has been the Sports Director at KRON-TV for more than 20 years and has hosted a radio show on KNBR 680 AM for over 15 years. Willie Brown served over 30 years in the California State Assembly (1964-1995) including 15 years as Speaker (1980-1995) the longest tenure in California history. He served two terms as the 41st Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco (1996-2004). An avid Bay Area sports fan, Mayor Brown currently writes a column for the San Francisco Chronicle.
Additional new programming will include 49ers Draft Special, 49ers Preseason Special, 49ers Postseason Special, 49ers Insider and 49ers Total Access. Comcast SportsNet Bay Area will also feature 49ers players and coaches on its popular programs A Day In The Life and A Conversation With. Show descriptions and hosts will be announced at a later date, along with a detailed programming schedule.
49ers Postgame Report and all magazine shows and specials will be telecast in high definition and will be available on Comcast Video ON DEMAND.
