49ers Sign Draft Picks Aaron Lynch, Kaleb Ramsey

From cornerback Jimmie Ward (30th overall) to offensive guard Brandon Thomas (100th) and beyond, here are San Francisco's 12 selections.

The San Francisco 49ers have signed linebacker Aaron Lynch and defensive tackle Kaleb Ramsey to four-year deals.

Lynch was the first of the 49ers two, fifth-round draft picks (150th overall) in this year's draft out of the University of South Florida. Lynch played in 24 games (16 starts) and totaled 63 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks, three passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery during his collegiate career. In 2013 at the University of South Florida, Lynch played in 12 games (10 starts), recording 30 tackles, a team-leading 6.0 sacks, as well as 12.5 tackles for loss and one fumble recovery while earning First-Team All-AAC honors. Lynch transferred to USF after playing 12 games (six starts) as a true freshman at the University of Notre Dame, in 2011. He earned Freshman First-Team All-America honors, totaling 33 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and one forced fumble for the Irish. 

A 21-year old native of Cape Coral, FL, Lynch attended Island Coast (Cape Coral, FL) High School.

Ramsey was the first of the 49ers two, seventh-round draft picks (243rd overall) in this year's draft out of Boston College. Ramsey played in 41 games and totaled 90 tackles, 6.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss during his career with the Eagles. In 2013, he saw action in 11 games and registered 28 tackles, 2.0 sacks and four tackles for loss. He graduated with a degree in sociology. 

A 24-year old native of Uniontown, PA, Ramsey attended Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA) High School.
