The San Francisco 49ers have signed CB Lowell Rose to a three-year deal.
Rose (6-1, 192) was originally signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent on May 5 and spent time with the team until being released on July 19.
Rose, a native of Los Angeles, CA, played collegiately at Tulsa where he appeared in 36 games (29 starts) for the Golden Hurricane, registering 113 tackles, three interceptions, two and a half tackles for loss, one sack, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and 21 passes defensed. He earned honorable mention All-Conference USA honors as a senior after tallying 56 tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and a team-leading 10 passes defensed.
