The San Francisco 49ers are back on primetime. The league announced on Sunday that the 49ers Week 17 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, which was originally set for 1:25 p.m. PT, will now take place on "Sunday Night Football," at 5:20 p.m. PT on NBC. Week 17 will mark San Francisco's sixth primetime matchup of the season.
Sunday's matchup between the 49ers and Seahawks will ultimately decide who controls the NFC. The winner of Week 17 will be crowned NFC West Champion and own home field advantage through the playoffs.
The 49ers are looking for their first win at CenturyLink Field since 2011.
