We found out on Friday that Marquise Goodwin (quad), Erik Magnuson (hamstring) and Joshua Garnett (foot) won't play in Week 2 against the Detroit Lions. Now we have the other four names who are inactive on Sunday. Here's the San Francisco 49ers full list of inactives.

That means Mike Person (foot) is active. Person left last Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings, and his status was up in the air all week. He will likely be starting at right guard. Najee Toran will back him up.
With Smith out and Brock Coyle on Injured Reserve, Elijah Lee will start at WILL linebacker next to Fred Warner. It will be Lee's first career start.
Lions stud pass rusher Ezekiel Ansah is out in Week 2. That's great news for the 49ers offensive line. Ansah had 12 sacks for the Lions in 2017.
