2025 Pro Bowl Games Roundup: Skills Competitions Part I

Day 1 of the 2025 Pro Bowl Games is in the books and, according to plan, the San Francisco 49ers four Pro Bowlers - Fred Warner, George Kittle, Kyle Juszczyk and Nick Bosa - were in the midst of all the action in Orlando, Florida. Below is a rundown of the activities each of San Francisco's all-stars participated in on Thursday evening.

  • Passing the Test: Warner
  • Relay Race: Bosa
  • The Big Spike: Kittle
  • Dodgeball presented by Bud Light: Kittle, Juszczyk

Warner was the first of the 49ers to take the field, answering questions about his teammates to earn additional time for the NFC quarterbacks in the "Passing the Test" game.

Bosa went head-to-head with his older brother and fellow Pro Bowl defensive end Joey Bosa in the relay race. Both opted to speed walk instead of sprint in the first leg of the competition.

"The People's Tight End" made an appearance in the dodgeball game for the second time in three seasons. Prior to the start of the hard-fought showdown, he reminded everyone of the "Five D's" of dodgeball.

Juszczyk was alongside Kittle in the dodgeball game, but his biggest test comes Sunday in the "Punt Perfect" challenge.

Kittle even snuck in a short wrestling match with John Sutcliffe of ESPN Deportes on the Spanish broadcast of the games.

The NFC heads into Sunday's finale with a dominant 14-7 lead, and all four 49ers players are slated to participate in more challenges to close out the 2025 Pro Bowl Games.
