How do you spend your time outside of Gold Rush?
Trying to get good sleep, running errands, cleaning, resting, and spending time with friends and family. I also prioritize caring for my body as much as I can, be that with targeted fitness, stretching or massages.
What are you passionate about?
Outside of dancing, I'm passionate about fitness, experimenting with fashion, journaling, and personal finance.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
Balancing cheering and work has been no easy task and I've been at it for a while now. I always try to appreciate myself for doing my best to make that work.
What is a non-profit organization you're involved in and why did you choose to get
involved?
CODE2040 is a non-profit that aims to introduce young Black and Latino tech talent to the tech industry. A few years back, I was a fellow with their college cohort, and it was a transformative experience. I have since volunteered as a mentor to students in the program.
What's something our fans would be surprised to learn about you?
I've been journaling since I was 8 years old. I still have journals from when I was 14.
What is your favorite memory at Levi's® Stadium?
Winning the NFC Championship game
against the Lions in January of 2024. Oh my goodness. Everyone was smiling. I was on a high for weeks. That energy was unforgettable.
What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
To me, it means being welcoming, passionate, friendly, inclusive, dependable, and energetic.
Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My fiancé, family and friends.
Who is your favorite 49ers player?
Brandon Aiyuk, so excited he's officially on the roster this season.
Tell us about your journey of becoming a Gold Rush cheerleader.
I am very thankful that my first time trying out was also my first time making the team. The process started many months before auditions were announced. I was connected to squad members through mutual friends, and they were friendly and willing to answer my many questions about auditioning and being on the team. That allowed me to come into auditions with community and knowledge of the team, which boosted my confidence. If I had to give advice, I'd say do your research and believe in yourself.
