Levi's® Stadium offers accessible seating throughout the facility. Accessible seating includes wheelchair spaces, companion seating, semi-ambulatory seating and designated aisle seats. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com. Due to the limited inventory of accessible seating for 49ers football games, same day ticket exchange for accessible seating is no longer available. When inventory is available, accessible seating exchanges can only be completed electronically during the week leading up to event day.

The 49ers and Levi's® Stadium offer persons with disabilities the opportunity to exchange their ticket(s) for accessible seats in a comparable location if available. Season Ticket Members can request an exchange as early as 12PM (NOON) on the Monday prior to that event by using the transfer ticket feature in their online account and sending to memberservices@49ers.com. Non-season ticket members can request an exchange as early as 12PM (noon) on the Tuesday priorto that event.
