A career long 61-yard run highlighted Hyde's day. The running back also gained 27-yards on 3rd-and-12 to help the 49ers tie the game before halftime. It was an impressive individual effort as Hyde carried San Francisco's offense throughout the contest. Seattle has only surrendered a 100-yard rusher five times at home since 2012. Hyde has accounted for two of those performances. C.J. Anderson and Derrick Henry are the other two nominees.
Solomon Thomas is up for Pepsi Rookie of the Week. The 49ers defensive lineman played 48 snaps, recorded four tackles, two tackles for loss and one quarterback hit. Chris Carson, Kareem Hunt, Malik Hooker and Tyus Bowser are the other first-year players up nominated for the award.
