The San Francisco 49ers announced on Thursday they have signed TE Logan Paulsen to a one-year deal. In order to make room on the roster, the team has released CB Leon Hall.
Paulsen (6-5, 268) appeared in each of the team's six games this season before his release on October 17, 2017.
Hall(5-11, 195) signed with the team on October 10, 2017, and was inactive for last week's game against the Washington Redskins.
